Frequently Asked Questions

Quickstart Bulletin Creator. Your first AI Radio Bulletin in just 5 minutes!
On the Quickstart page, you’ll find a few handy steps on how to quickly create an automated Radio Bulletin Click here to view the page.
How do I get the bulletins into my radio broadcasts?
There are several options. Set up a bulletin so that it is created about 10 minutes before broadcast. The audio file can be retrieved by your Radio Automation system via FTP or HTTPS. It’s also possible to manually download the bulletin. The same applies to individual messages and voiceovers.
Which languages are supported?
At this moment we support Dutch, Flemish, English, French, and Spanish. Additional languages can be added upon request. Languages not yet listed are still being tested. We are actively working on adding more, such as Turkish, Arabic, and other European languages.
How are the prices calculated?
The prices for bulletins and individual messages are calculated per second. Each time a message is created, the duration is counted. Voice-over has different rates. The seconds for jingles, fillers, etc., are not included and are therefore free.
Can you assist with setting up the system and connecting it to our Radio Automation?
Yes, of course. Our AI Team will be happy to arrange that for you. Please contact our AI Team for assistance.
Can I use an RSS Feed?
Yes, it is possible from any available RSS source. It can be your own website’s RSS feed or one from other news sources. Messages can be automatically rewritten into various languages, for example translating foreign news into Dutch. Keep in mind that directly copying articles from external news sources is not allowed.

Up to 3 different sources can be linked to a Bulletin with varied timings, allowing you to get more diverse news items.

Can I use the audio files on multiple radio stations?
Absolutely, the audio file can be used on multiple radio stations. Simply download the same file via FTP or HTTPS. FTP upload is only possible to one radio station.
How do payments work?
RaidioNews uses a Wallet system. You can deposit funds into your Wallet, from which all services are paid. A clear financial overview shows your expenses and the cost per news item.
What payment methods are available?
RaidioNews accepts online payments via iDeal and credit cards. If you wish to make a bank transfer, please contact support to receive all relevant details.
