Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RaidioNews. These terms govern access to and use of our software and services for producing and delivering radio news and audio content. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
Customer: the individual or legal entity purchasing the services.
Services: software, AI solutions, audio content, news services and related services supplied by RaidioNews.
Content: all text, scripts, instructions, sources and other materials submitted by the customer for processing.
2. Access to the services
Registration: an account or technical integration may be required. The customer is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.
Licence: the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for the agreed purpose. This licence may be revoked when these terms are breached.
3. Use of the services
Acceptable use: services may only be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable legislation. Harmful, illegal or misleading uses are prohibited.
Customer content: the customer retains ownership and grants RaidioNews a non-exclusive licence to use, store and process it to deliver the agreed services.
Generated content: produced audio and text may be used for the agreed purposes. Other use, resale or distribution requires written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All rights to RaidioNews technology, software, AI models, processes and systems remain the property of RaidioNews. Customers only receive the usage rights expressly stated in an agreement or these terms.
5. Fees and payment
Pricing: fees are set out in the agreement and may depend on usage, plan, project requirements and contract term.
Payment: payments must be made under the agreed invoicing terms. RaidioNews may suspend services until overdue amounts are paid in full.
6. Termination
By the customer: the customer may terminate services by closing the account or ending the written agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
By RaidioNews: access may be suspended or terminated for breach, non-payment or unlawful use.
Consequences: usage rights end on termination unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
Limitation: to the extent permitted by law, RaidioNews is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit or data.
Customer responsibility: the customer is responsible for lawful use and warrants that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Information may be retained for as long as required for the working relationship or legal obligations.
9. Changes
RaidioNews may amend these terms. Customers will be informed of material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Haarlem.
